Start your day right with this fresh and healthy green smoothie. Packed with healthy greens and fresh apple and melon for flavour and sweetness.
Prep all your ingredients the night before and whiz up in the morning for a healthy start to the day.

  • 1 small apple (130g), peeled, cored, chopped coarsely
  • 6 medium baby cos lettuce leaves (50g)
  • 25 grams baby spinach leaves
  • 100 grams coarsely chopped honeydew melon
  • ¾ cup (180ml) water
  • crushed ice, to serve, optional

    Blend or process ingredients until smooth; serve over ice, if you like.


Have all ingredients stored in the refrigerator for an extra cold smoothie. The smoothie will separate on standing, so serve immediately, or give it a brisk stir and it will come back together
