  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 finely chopped anchovy fillets
  • 2 thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 teaspoons chopped chives
  • 2 teaspoons chopped tarragon
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
