Ingredients
1 lime, peeled, coarsely chopped
1 medium apple, peeled, cored, coarsely chopped
1 lebanese cucumber, peeled, coarsely chopped
320 millilitre canned coconut water
30 gram baby spinach leaves
5 gram finely grated ginger
Method
1. Blend or process lime, apple, cucumber, coconut water, baby spinach leaves finely grated ginger until smooth.
Use a variety of green vegetables or fruits, such as lettuce, pear, kiwi, honeydew melon or mango.
