Ingredients: Greek feta salad; 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil; 1 tablespoon lemon juice; 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar; 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano; 1 clove garlic, crushed; 3 medium tomatoes (450g), cut into wedges; 2 lebanese cucumbers (260g), coarsely chopped; 1 small red onion (100g), thinly sliced; 1 small red capsicum (150g), thinly sliced; 1/2 cup (75g) seeded black olives; 200 gram feta cheese, coarsely chopped (we like south cape fetta)
