We’ve taken the all-time favourite no-bake treat made fancy. With the classic ingredients of marshmallows, coconut and nuts and using Turkish delight and white chocolate to make it that little bit more special.
1.Grease two 8cm x 26cm bar cake pans and line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 5cm above long sides.
2.Stir chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl over a medium saucepan of simmering water until smooth (don’t let water touch base of bowl).
3.Combine marshmallow, coconut, turkish delight and nuts in a large bowl. Working quickly, stir in chocolate; spread mixture into pans, push down to flatten. Refrigerate until set, then cut into slices.
