Gluten-free bread
1.Sift flours, baking powder and salt into large bowl; stir in kernels.
2.Rub in butter; stir in combined milk and eggs; do not overmix. Preheat oven to 180°C.
3.Press mixture into greased 14cm x 21cm loaf pan; do not smooth top. Brush with a little extra milk, sprinkle with seeds. Bake about 1 hour. Stand bread 10 minutes before turning onto wire rack to cool.
