Method

1.Combine sauces and mirin in small jug.
2.Heat oil in wok; stir-fry beef until browned.
3.Add capsicum, peas, carrot, corn, ginger and the water to wok; stir-fry until carrot is almost tender. Return beef to wok with sauce mixture; stir-fry until hot. Season to taste. Serve with steamed jasmine rice.
