  • 1 1/2 cup (420g) vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 cup (150g) frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon honey

    Combine ingredients in a medium bowl.

    Spoon into six ¼-cup (60ml) ice-block moulds. Press lids on firmly; freeze overnight until firm.
