Frozen yoghurt and muesli pops

Combining yoghurt, strawberries and a sprinkling of toasted muesli, these cooling ice-blocks are the perfect, kid-approved treat. They'll love coming home to these tasty snacks after a hot school day.

Frozen yoghurt and muesli pops
  • 2 1/2 cup greek-style yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 250 gram strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup toasted muesli

    In a bowl, combine yoghurt, desiccated coconut and honey. Stir strawberries through.

    Spoon evenly between 12 x 1/3 cup popsicle moulds. Sprinkle toasted muesli over yoghurt, pressing gently. Insert wooden paddle pop sticks. Freeze overnight.

    Unmould by running moulds under hot water for 10 seconds before carefully removing pops.


You could also use canned peaches, mixed fruit salad or any of your favourite fruit.
