1.Remove paper cases from muffins; cut muffins in half crossways. Spread frosting over cut side of muffins. Attach two halves together at flat base of muffins, joining in centre.
2.Melt the chocolate. Divide chocolate into three small bowls; tint green, pink and purple. Spoon melted chocolate into piping bags; snip a small hole at end of bags. Using picture as a guide, pipe patterns onto wings. Decorate with sugar pearls, sanding sugar, fruit rings and sweetheart lollies.
3.Place dolls in centre of wings.
Freeze the cut muffins for 1 hour before icing, this will prevent crumbs from getting into the frosting. We used Polly Pocket dolls available from toy stores and supermarkets; remove before serving.
