Easy passionfruit ice-cream
  • 2 cup (500ml) light cream
  • 395 gram can sweetened condensed milk
  • pulp of 5 passionfruit


Easy passionfruit ice-cream

    Line an 11cm x 23cm loaf pan with plastic wrap. Line base and two sides with baking paper, allowing paper to overhang.

    Using an electric mixer, beat cream and condensed milk until soft peaks form. Fold through passionfruit pulp. Pour into prepared pan and fold over plastic wrap. Cover with foil and freeze overnight.

    Serve ice-cream in scoops, or sliced, if you like.
