Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Line 2 oven trays with baking paper.
2.Combine cornflakes, almonds, sultanas and cherries in a large bowl. Blend in condensed milk until all ingredients are well coated.
3.Spoon tablespoonfuls of mixture onto trays, flattening slightly.
4.Bake 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned. Allow to cool completely on trays.
5.Spread base of each biscuit with chocolate. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Wrap in boxes or in cellophane.
It is very important to allow biscuits to cool completely before you attempt to remove them from trays, to avoid breaking
