Method

1.Grease 19cm x 29cm slice pan; line base and long sides with foil, extending foil 5cm over sides.
2.Spread melted chocolate over base of pan; refrigerate until set.
3.Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced.
4.Process nuts, chopped chocolate, sugar and eggs until combined. Pour nut mixture over chocolate base.
5.Bake slice about 20 minutes; cool in pan. Remove from pan; carefully remove foil. Cut into squares.
