Dark chocolate rum balls

Dark chocolate rum balls
  • 200 gram chopped dark chocolate
  • 1/3 cup thickened cream
  • 20 gram butter
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 1/2 cup cocoa

    Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl.

    In a saucepan, heat cream and butter on medium, bubbling. Pour over chocolate. Set aside for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Stir in rum. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight until firm.

    Shape level tablespoons of mixture into balls. Toss in cocoa to coat and place on lined oven trays. Chill.
