One of those perfect stand-by recipes for a week-night family dinner, you can use a can of flavoured tuna, such as chilli or lemon pepper, to add interest if you like.
1.Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water, until tender; drain.
2.Bring cream to the boil in same pan. Reduce heat; stir in pasta, half the cheese and all the tuna. Stir over heat until mixture comes to the boil.
3.Meanwhile, preheat grill (broiler).
4.Spoon pasta into shallow 2-litre (8-cup) baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; heat under grill until cheese melts and is browned lightly. It is fine to use just one 600ml carton, or two 300ml cartons, of cream for this recipe.
