Method
1.Preheat oven to moderate 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Grease 20cm x 30cm lamington pan, line base and two long sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above long sides.
2.Melt butter with sugar and honey in medium saucepan over medium heat without boiling, stirring, until sugar is dissolved.
3.Stir remaining ingredients into butter mixture. Press mixture firmly into pan, bake about 20 minutes. Cool in pan before cutting.
