Cornflake honey slice
Don't limit cornflakes to breakfast time. These crunchy honey slices, packed with cornflakes and oats, make for a great snack at any time of the day.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup cornflakes
- 1 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/3 cup coconut
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 125 gram butter
- 2 tablespoon honey
Method
- 1Lightly grease a 19cm x 29cm lamington pan. Preheat oven 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
- 2Combine cornflakes, oats, coconut and sugar in bowl. Melt butter in saucepan, add honey, stir into dry ingredients. Spread into prepared pan. Bake for about 20 minutes. Stand 15 minutes before cutting, cool in pan.
