Method
1.Grease 12 hole (⅓ cup/80ml capacity) muffin pan.
2.Sift flours into large bowl, stir in ground nuts and sugar, combined coffee and water, Nutella, eggs, buttermilk and oil.
3.Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Bake in moderately hot oven about 20 minutes.
4.Meanwhile, make hazelnut frosting. Sift icing sugar and cocoa into small bowl, stir in remaining ingredients.
5.Spread cold muffins with hazelnut frosting and top with chopped hazelnuts.
