Ingredients
Chunky choc-chip cookies
- 125 gram butter, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup (275g) firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup (150g) plain flour
- 1/4 cup (35g) self-raising flour
- 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 1/3 cup (35g) cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (100g) peanut m&m's
- 1/3 cup (70g) mini m&m's
- 1/2 cup (75g) milk chocolate melts
Method
Chunky choc-chip cookies
- 1Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Grease two oven trays.
- 2Beat butter, extract, sugar and egg in small bowl with electric mixer until smooth (do not overmix). Transfer to a large bowl; mix in sifted combined dry ingredients then all chocolates.
- 3Drop level tablespoons of mixture, 5cm apart, onto trays. Bake about 10 minutes. Stand cookies 5 minutes; transfer to wire rack to cool.
