Ingredients

Chunky choc-chip cookies
  • 125 gram butter, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cup (275g) firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup (150g) plain flour
  • 1/4 cup (35g) self-raising flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 1/3 cup (35g) cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (100g) peanut m&m's
  • 1/3 cup (70g) mini m&m's
  • 1/2 cup (75g) milk chocolate melts

Method

    Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Grease two oven trays.

    Beat butter, extract, sugar and egg in small bowl with electric mixer until smooth (do not overmix). Transfer to a large bowl; mix in sifted combined dry ingredients then all chocolates.

    Drop level tablespoons of mixture, 5cm apart, onto trays. Bake about 10 minutes. Stand cookies 5 minutes; transfer to wire rack to cool.
