Chunky capsicum and cashew dip
  • 150 gram (4½ ounces) drained marinated roasted red capsicum (bell pepper)
  • 150 gram (4½ ounces) unsalted dry-roasted cashews
  • 1/4 cup (20g) finely grated parmesan
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
