Chocolate panna cotta

Chocolate panna cotta
  • 1/2 cup thickened cream
  • 3/4 teaspoon gelatine
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon boiled water
  • 60 gram dark chocolate, chopped
  • 3 teaspoon caster sugar
  • strawberries, to serve
  • chocolate hearts, to serve

    Lightly grease two 1/2-cup capacity moulds. Arrange on a tray.

    In a small pan, combine cream, milk, chocolate and sugar. She over a low heat until melted and smooth (do not boil).

    In a small jug, whisk gelatine briskly into boiling water, until dissolved. Cool slightly. Blend into cream mixture.

    Divide mixture evenly between prepared moulds. Chill, covered, for 3 hours or overnight, until set. Serve with chocolate hearts and strawberries.
