Ingredients

Choc-orange sauce
  • 400 gram dark (semi-sweet) eating chocolate, chopped coarsely
  • 30 gram butter, chopped coarsely
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (250ml) pouring cream
  • 2 tablespoon orange-flavoured liqueur

Method

Choc-orange sauce

    Stir chocolate and butter in medium heatproof bowl over medium saucepan of simmering water, until smooth.

    Stir in extract, cream and liqueur until combined. Serve sauce warm.
