- ½ cup (60g) roasted pecans
- ¼ cup (25g) cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons ground hazelnuts
- ⅔ cup (90g) coarsley chopped medjool dates
Method
- 1Process pecans, cocoa and ground hazelnuts until finely chopped. While motor is operating, add the dates in three batches; process until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Roll 2 level teaspoons of mixture into balls; place on a tray; refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
