What could be more ‘s’more-ish’ than this indulgent combination of Bakers Delight Choc Chip Hot Cross Buns, mega marshmallows and a generous sprinkling of extra chocolate!

1.Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan. Cut buns in half horizontally. Use your hands to flatten bun bases and tops until 2cm thick. Place, cut-side up, on a large oven tray. Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.
2.Meanwhile, cut chocolate into portions containing 6 squares. Use remaining squares to make up a total of 6 portions.
3.Remove bun tops from tray; set aside. Top each bun base with 6 squares chocolate, then a marshmallow. Bake for 4 minutes or until marshmallow is light golden and chocolate is soft.
4.Replace bun tops and press down until marshmallow and chocolate begin to ooze out. Serve with strawberries.
