Method
1.Blend or process the garlic and chillies until the mixture is finely chopped.
2.Add noodles to a large bowl; cover with warm water. Stand for 5 minutes, then loosen noodles with fingers to separate; drain.
3.Heat half the oil in a large wok or frying pan; stir-fry garlic mixture until fragrant. Add beef mince; stir-fry until cooked through.
4.Heat remaining oil in a cleaned wok; stir-fry beans and capsicum until tender.
5.Return beef to wok with sauces, noodles and onion; stir-fry until hot. Sprinkle over nuts.
Not suitable to freeze. Not suitable to microwave.
