Translating literally to ‘chilli and cheese’ this dip combines cream cheese, jalepenos and capsicum for a super tasty starter to serve with corn chips .
1.Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat, cook capsicum, onion, chilli and garlic, stirring, for 5 minutes or until onion softens. Add tomatoes, cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
2.Add cream cheese, whisk until combined and dip is smooth. Season to taste.
3.Serve cheese dip hot, accompanied with corn chips, if you like.
