Method

1.Combine chicken mince, semi-dried tomatoes, egg, breadcrumbs and cheese in large bowl; shape into twelve rissoles.
2.Cook rissoles in heated oiled large frying pan, in batches, until cooked through. Drain on absorbent paper.
3.Serve rissoles with a baby spinach and feta salad, if you like.
