Chicken lavash rolls

Delicious chicken and Greek salad wrapped in an Armenian lavash.

Ingredients

Chicken lavash rolls
  • 1 cup (170g) coarsely chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 cup (90g) shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 2/3 cup (200g) tzatziki dip
  • 4 pieces lavash bread
Greek salad
  • 1/2 green cucumber (85g), chopped
  • 1 tomato (150g), chopped
  • 25 gram fetta cheese, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon halved, seeded black olives
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil

Method

    Make greek salad. Place ingredients in medium bowl; toss gently to combine.
  • 2
    Divide chicken, greek salad, lettuce and tzatziki among lavash; roll up to enclose filling.

Notes

Tzatziki is a yogurt, cucumber and garlic dip available from most supermarkets and delicatessens.
