1.Using hands, combine chicken, zucchini, carrot, flour and seasoning in large bowl, shape mixture into four patties. Cook patties in large heated oiled frying pan until browned both sides and cooked through.
2.Split rolls in half, toast cut sides until browned lightly. Combine tomato, chives and oil in small bowl.
3.To serve, sandwich burgers, lettuce, tomato mixture and combined sour cream and paprika between roll halves.
