1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, 10-12 minutes, following packet instructions. Drain and return to pan.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Sauté onion and garlic, 2-3 minutes, until tender.
3.Add chicken and cook, stirring, 2-3 minutes. Mix broccoli, capsicum and zucchini in with chicken. Cook, 2-3 minutes. Stir tomatoes and stock into mixture. Simmer, 4-5 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
4.Toss sauce and basil through pasta in pan and season to taste. Top with parmesan. Serve pasta with crusty bread, if you like.
