Ingredients
Chicken and ham patties
- 1 kilogram chicken mince
- 250 gram sliced ham, chopped finely
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 3 green onions, chopped finely
- 1 cup (70g) stale breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
Dipping
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
Method
Chicken and ham patties
- 1Make dipping sauce. Combine ingredients in small bowl.
- 2Combine all ingredients, except the oil, in large bowl. Shape ¼ cups of mixture into flat patties.
- 3Heat oil in medium frying pan; cook patties, in batches, until browned both sides and cooked through.
- 4Serve patties with dipping sauce and rocket leaves, if desired.
