Ingredients: 60 gram butter, chopped; 1/4 cup (90g) honey; 1/2 cup (110g) brown sugar, firmly packed; 1/3 cup (95g) smooth peanut butter; 2 tablespoon marmalade; 1 cup (90g) rolled oats; 1 1/2 cup (50g) rice bubbles; 1/2 cup (35g) shredded coconut; 1/2 cup (75g) mixed dried fruit; 1/4 cup (55g) glacé pineapple, finely chopped

Ingredients

60 gram butter, chopped

1/4 cup (90g) honey

1/2 cup (110g) brown sugar, firmly packed

1/3 cup (95g) smooth peanut butter

2 tablespoon marmalade

1 cup (90g) rolled oats

1 1/2 cup (50g) rice bubbles

1/2 cup (35g) shredded coconut

1/2 cup (75g) mixed dried fruit

1/4 cup (55g) glacé pineapple, finely chopped

Method

1.Grease 23cm-square slab pan.

2.Combine butter, honey, sugar, peanut butter and marmalade in large saucepan, stir over low heat, without boiling, until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil, remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients, mix well.

3.Press mixture firmly into prepared pan, refrigerate until firm.
