Cherry espresso old fashioned

Cherry espresso old fashioned
  • 300 millilitre cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 8 large ice cubes
  • 240 millilitre cold espresso coffee
  • 320 millilitre bourbon
  • 1.2 litre cola
  • maraschino cherries, to serve

    In a bowl using a mixer, beat cream with vanilla bean paste to soft peaks.

    Place an ice cube into 8 short glasses. Pour 30ml cold espresso coffee, 2 tablespoons bourbon and 150ml cola into each glass.

    Top each with vanilla cream. Top with a maraschino cherry to serve.
