Cheesy mash
- 1 kilogram potatoes
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese, finely grated
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup hot milk
Method
Cheesy mash
- 1Coarsely chop 1kg potatoes, boil, steam or microwave until tender, drain. Mash potato with finely grated parmesan cheese, finely grated mozzarella cheese, mascarpone cheese and hot milk in a large bowl. Season to taste.
