Cheesy herb balls
These bite-sized cheese balls are rolled in fresh herbs for a tasty snack or the ideal addition to your cheese platter.

Ingredients
- 125 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
- 75 grams fresh goat's cheese, at room temperature
- ⅓ cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
Method
- 1Combine cheeses in a medium bowl.
- 2Roll 2 tsp of cheese mixture into balls. Roll balls in combined herbs. Place balls on a baking-paper-lined oven tray. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Notes
Balls will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
