Thick, creamy and deliciously spiced, this chai smoothie is a great afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients

Method

1.Soak tea bag in the water in small heatproof jug 3 minutes; discard tea bag. Cool.
2.Blend tea with remaining ingredients until smooth.

We used gingernut biscuits. Use greek-style natural yogurt if you can’t get cinnamon-flavoured yogurt.
