1.In a medium bowl, combine mince, seasoning, green onion, lemon zest and oats; mix well. Shape into four patties and place on a plate. Cover, refrigerate 1 hour.
2.Meanwhile, combine lemon juice, tomato and avocado in a bowl; season to taste with salt and pepper.
3.Heat a flat barbecue plate over medium heat; coat with oil. Cook patties 3-4 minutes each side, or until cooked through.
4.Sandwich the salad leaves, turkey patties, avocado salsa and sauce between rolls.
Suitable to freeze or microwave.
