  • 350 gram broccolini, trimmed
  • 350 gram baby green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic, chopped finely
  • 6 drained anchovies, chopped finely

Method

Broccolini and beans with garlic and anchovies

    Boil, steam or microwave broccolini and beans, separately, until just tender; drain.

    Heat oil in large frying pan; cook garlic and anchovies until garlic softens.

    Add beans and broccolini, toss gently to combine.
