- 1/2 cup (75g) frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup (125ml) chilled low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup (70g) low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 (15g) weet-bix
Method
Brekky berry smoothie
- 1Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend or process ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
