Brekky berry smoothie

Low-fat yoghurt and crushed weetbix make this brekky berry smoothie a complete breakfast in its own right.

Brekky berry smoothie
  • 1/2 cup (75g) frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) chilled low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup (70g) low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 (15g) weet-bix

    Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend or process ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
