Ingredients

Brandy butter
  • 200 gram ballantyne spreadable butter
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar, sifted
  • 1/4 cup brandy

Method

    In a bowl, using an electric mixer, beat butter with icing sugar until creamy.

    Gradually beat in ¼ cup brandy. Serve with fruit mince pies.

Notes

If making ahead of time, chill and set aside at room temperature for about 1 hour before serving.
