Method
1.Remove rind from bacon; cut each rasher into pieces slightly smaller than mini toasts. In a large frying pan, cook bacon, stirring, until browned and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
2.Cut lettuce into pieces slightly larger than mini toasts.
3.Divide mayonnaise among mini toasts; top each with lettuce, bacon and tomato.
4.Serve at room temperature.
