Ingredients

Berry punch
  • 300 gram frozen mixed berries
  • 150 gram frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup (110g) caster sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) raspberry liqueur (framboise)
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) vodka
  • 1 1/2 litre (6 cups) cranberry juice, chilled
  • 2 cup ice, to serve

Method

Berry punch

    Place berries in a punch bowl, cover with sugar, liqueur and vodka. Let stand for 10 minutes.

    Stir in juice. Add ice 10 minutes before serving.
