Method

1.Place berries, juice, yoghurt and mint in a jug. Using a hand-blender, process until smooth.
2.Stir through passionfruit just before serving.

Use strawberries in place of banana. Use fresh berries if preferred, and any flavoured yoghurt – non-fat yoghurt makes this smoothie a light, healthy start to the day.
