Ingredients

Berry, passionfruit & vanilla smoothie
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/3 cup vanilla yoghurt
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 1 passionfruit

Method

    Place berries, juice, yoghurt and mint in a jug. Using a hand-blender, process until smooth.

    Stir through passionfruit just before serving.

Notes

Use strawberries in place of banana. Use fresh berries if preferred, and any flavoured yoghurt – non-fat yoghurt makes this smoothie a light, healthy start to the day.
