Prepare this delicious meat dish for your family in no time at all. Teriyaki glazed beef is cooked to perfection and thinly sliced, perfect served with freshly grilled asparagus.
1.Place the steaks, teriyaki sauce, ginger and garlic in a dish; cover. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight to marinate.
2.Drain steaks from teriyaki mixture. Cook steaks on a heated, oiled barbecue (or grill plate) until browned on both sides and cooked as desired. Transfer steaks to a warm plate, cover and stand for 5 minutes.
3.Meanwhile, cook asparagus and onions on a heated, oiled barbecue (or grill plate) until just tender.
4.Slice the steaks thinly and place on a warmed serving platter with asparagus and green onions. Serve with wasabi, soy sauce and steamed rice, if desired.
