If you're looking for a quick and delicious weekend bbq lunch, this lamb kofta with spiced yoghurt recipe is perfect. Serve with a fresh, herby couscous salad on the side.
1.Combine mince, egg, onion, parsley, garlic and spices in medium bowl.
2.Form lamb mixture into 16 sausage shapes, thread onto 16 small bamboo skewers or large, strong toothpicks; flatten slightly.
3.Cook on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or grill pan) until browned and cooked as desired. Serve with yoghurt, and lemon wedges and pitta bread if you like.
