These lip-smacking sticky pork ribs go brilliantly with a warm potato salad.

Method

1.Combine ribs with sauces, oil, thyme and garlic in large shallow dish; season. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
2.Cook ribs on heated oiled barbecue (or grill or grill pan), brushing with marinade occasionally. Serve with warm potato salad.

Bruising the thyme imparts more flavour.
