Spice up your barbecue with this side of sirloin and sweet ginger rub. Remember to stand the meat for at least 15 minutes before slicing and you'll be rewarded with a moist and tender meat.
1.Combine mustard, sugar, ground and fresh ginger in small bowl. Place beef in shallow dish; rub ginger mixture all over beef. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
2.Heat covered barbecue. Cook beef, fat-side down, using direct heat, 5 minutes. Turn beef; cook, covered, using indirect heat, following manufacturer’s instructions, about 1 1/2 hours or until cooked to your liking. Remove from heat, cover; stand 15 minutes before slicing.
3.Meanwhile, combine pickled ginger and yoghurt in small bowl.
4.Serve beef sliced with yoghurt.
