Barbecue chicken & mushroom pizzas
  • 2 x 30cm (12-inch) round pizza bases (440g)
  • 1/3 cup (95g) barbecue sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup (200g) shredded barbecued chicken
  • 1 red onion (100g), sliced thinly
  • 1 flat mushroom (80g), sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup (50g) pizza cheese
  • 2 tablespoon fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves

Method

Barbecue chicken & mushroom pizzas

    Preheat oven to 240°C/475°F. Oil two pizza or oven trays; place in heating oven.

    Place pizza bases on heated trays, spread with sauce; top with chicken, onion and mushroom. Sprinkle with cheese; season.

    Bake pizzas for 15 minutes or until bases are browned and crisp and chicken is heated through. Sprinkle with parsley.
