Method

1.In a small bowl, beat cream with electric beaters until firm peaks form. Spoon mixture into piping bag fitted with large fluted nozzle.

2.Place two banana halves in each of four dishes; place a scoop of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry ice-cream between banana halves in each dish.

3.Pipe cream on top of each ice-cream scoop, then top with cherries and sprinkle with hundreds and thousands.
