  • 1/2 small banana (65g), chopped coarsely
  • 1/4 cup (35g) raspberries
  • 3/4 cup (180ml) milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Method

    Blend or process ingredients until smooth.

Notes

You can use fresh or frozen berries for this smoothie. For an added energy boost, try adding half a coarsely crushed weet-bix to the smoothie; you may need to add a little extra milk if smoothie becomes too thick.
